Britt Permien is not a photographer. However, when she moves around this good earth she always has a camera with her because there are all these moments that simply jump into a frame without any of her doing.

Anybody can take these pictures but you must allow them to take over the camera if you are not a trained photographer. Then, by golly, magic suddenly appears. Stories are being told one moment, one snap at a time, and it could be you, me or him whose camera is going to be taken over by that moment.

In real life Britt is a graphic designer and an art director for a Canadian non-profit.
